This is the creative director of l’Opificio, the textile editor of a line of prêt a porter soft furnishings that is meeting great success and exiting expectations.

Barbara Elisabetta Bertoldo has talent, experience and still has the enthusiasm to be original. She was born in Turin and attended the historical Institute of Art and Fashion Design.
For fifteen years she collaborated with Valentino, Armani, Trussardi and Claude Montana. Each experience was different and has enriched her personally and professionally defining her own personal style today.
With the complicity of her sister Paola, the great decision: to have complete freedom of expression, interpreting home dimensions using a new vocabulary.
Barbara Bertoldo has a highly developed sensibility for colours and materials, ignoring fashion trends and following her own personal path. Her creations are always pleasing, but with an intensity brought by the precious materials, the decorative motifs, the details, the relatively simple forms but with the painstaking attention found in haute couture.
All her work is balanced, effortless and without ostentation. She defines her projects as refined, original and contemporary. She has a vision of how her collections will evolve: continuously changing from season to season without ever loosing the classic imprint with a touch of the contemporary.
